Sheldon K. Katz, Principle of Worcester Commercial Properties is a 1971 Graduate of Bryant College in Smithfield, Rhode Island with B.S.B.A. degree majoring in Business Management with a minor in Economics.  Sheldon, a Worcester native has been in commercial/investment real estate for over 25 years. After working with two local real estate offices, Sheldon started Worcester Commercial Group in 1988 and ran that company successfully until 1996 when he joined a large local commercial real estate office. Sheldon, in the fall of 2007, decided to reopen his own office under the name of Worcester Commercial Properties to better serve his clients and to more efficiently and more effectively take full advantage of his over 25 years experience in the marketing for sale or lease of all types of commercial, industrial, and investment real estate in the central Mass area. Sheldon’s market knowledge and experience in the field of Commercial/Industrial, and Investment real estate allow him to offer the utmost in one-on-one customer service and consulting in an effort to achieve 100% satisfaction to fulfilling our clients real estate needs.

 

Douglas Haddad

Douglas E. Haddad, Associate Broker and Business sales consultant with Worcester Commercial Properties Real Estate has been in the real estate business since 1973. Douglas owned and operated Haddad Real Estate and worked for himself until joining forces with Richard Longvall in 1980 to open Haddad-Longvall Real Estate. This partnership with its staff of, at times, up to 12 sales associates specialized in residential/ commercial & investment properties and the sale of small businesses. In 1986 Douglas moved on and re-established Haddad Real Estate again specializing in investment and commercial real estate in addition to his other business interests. Douglas brings to the company a vast array of experience in servicing his clients on a one on one basis and 36 years of expertise in the sales and marketing of real estate in the Worcester and central Massachusetts area.
